Sales & Events Basics - modulaire leermaterialen voor Hospitality

De student organiseert en verkoopt een eigen klein evenement, van het eerste idee tot uitvoering en evaluatie. Het type evenement kiest de klas zelf (high tea, proeverij, pop-up lunch, seizoensborrel). De handleiding heeft een deel voor docenten en een deel voor leermeesters in het leerbedrijf. Het onderwijs is ontworpen rond leeruitkomsten. Elke module heeft één leeruitkomst met succescriteria; de student werkt aan eigen bewijsstukken en bouwt zo een portfolio op. Modules zijn formatief (behaald of nog niet behaald); de summatieve afsluiting volgt op het niveau van het opleidingsonderdeel. Samenwerkend leren in wisselende samenstelling zit ingebouwd, met feedback volgens twee tops en één tip. Het pakket bevat per module een moduleboek (Word) en een lessenpresentatie (PowerPoint), aangevuld met een planning en een docentenhandleiding. Belangrijk: dit zijn sjablonen om te verrijken. De structuur, de KD-koppeling en de bewijsstukken liggen vast (strak op WAT). Volgorde, tempo, eigen praktijkvoorbeelden en accenten vult de docent zelf in (ruim op HOE). Op enkele plekken verwijst het materiaal naar de digitale leeromgeving en de periodenummering van Zadkine; pas die aan naar je eigen context. Onderdeel van de open set 'Modulair Hospitality-onderwijs KD 2025' van Zadkine Hospitality College. Schoenberg Database of Manuscripts

The SDBM continuously aggregates and updates observations of pre-modern manuscripts drawn from over 13,000 auction and sales catalogs, inventories, catalogs from institutional and private collections, and other sources that document sales and locations of these books from around the world. It may be searched or browsed by author, title, seller, provenance, date, and others, and the datasets may also be downloaded in .xlsx or .csv format. Members of our user community are invited to log in and help us to build, maintain, and improve this resource.

Mural.co een digitale werkplaats voor samenwerking, inspiratie en innovatie. Je kunt online brainstormen en online samenwerken op elk moment, elke plaats en op elk apparaat. Mural bevat een heel aantal templates waar je gebruik van kunt maken, zoals persona's, customer journey map etc In Mural werk je met je team binnen een Workspace (room). Vergelijk een mural met een canvas, een grote muur waarop je à la Padlet notitieblaadjes kunt plakken, afbeeldingen kunt zetten etc. Wat Mural bijzonder maakt is dat het met name is gericht op online facilitatie van creatieve sessies. Je kunt kiezen uit een flink aantal templates die bijvoorbeeld een Design Thinking sessie ondersteunen of juist een sessie waarin je je planning wilt verhelderen of je project wilt evalueren. Je kunt op een mural gelijktijdig samenwerken.
