How Policies and Governance Influence Urban Space

In this video, Yawei Chen uses the development of three cities in the Greater Pearl River Delta region in China (Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou) to illustrate the interaction between Policy, Governance and Urban Growth. Each city has a distinctive development path following its own specific context and governance approach.
