This study is a research focused on the impact of the tsunami on multiple subsystems of Tokyo city such as transportation, buildings, sanitation, ecosystem, etc. In this report, solution strategies of the shock and stress including reinforcing technologies, coastal forests, forecasting, and reconstruction are also discussed. Ethical implications and monitoring needs are included as well.
