Deel 1 van de twee kennisclips gaat over wat euthanasie is en hoe we in Nederland de afgelopen decennia zijn omgegaan met dit vraagstuk. Een aantal casussen in Nederland heeft bijgedragen aan het formuleren van de wet Toetsing levensbeëindiging op verzoek en hulp bij zelfdoding, kortweg de Euthanasiewet, in 2002. Er wordt uitgelegd hoe vaak euthanasie wordt uitgevoerd, waarom en door wie. Tot slot worden de zes zorgvuldigheidseisen uit de wet toegelicht. Deel 1 van de twee kennisclips ging over de wetgeving. In deel 2 staat de praktijk van de euthanasiewet centraal. De zorgvuldigheidseisen komen hierbij opnieuw aan bod. Aan de hand van vijf fasen (verzoek tot euthanasie, besluit, voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie) wordt het proces van euthanasie uitgewerkt. De Hogeschool Utrecht, opleiding bachelor Verpleegkunde, heeft een reeks van drie kennisclips ontwikkeld over Zelfmanagement. In de kennisclip 'Zelfmanagement ondersteunen: Hoe doe je dat in de praktijk' wordt ingegaan op het ondersteunen van zelfmanagement. Welke vormen van zelfmanagementondersteuning zijn er? En waar kun je bestaande (evidence-based) interventies vinden? In deze kennisclip worden voorbeelden gegeven aan de hand van een casus. De kennisclip is bedoeld voor zowel studenten als docenten

De Hogeschool Utrecht, opleiding bachelor Verpleegkunde, heeft een reeks van 3 kennisclips ontwikkeld over Zelfmanagement. In de kennisclip 'Zelfmanagement: wat is jouw rol als verpleegkundige?' wordt ingegaan op de rol van de verpleegkundige in het ondersteunen van zelfmanagement. Wat is belangrijk in de basishouding van een verpleegkundige en wat en wat kun je oefenen in een gesprek? De kennisclip is bedoeld voor zowel studenten als docenten van de bachelor Verpleegkunde.

Er komt steeds meer aandacht voor de rol van mantelzorgers in de zorg voor ouderen. Dat betekent dat samenwerking tussen professionele zorgverleners, mantelzorgers en ouderen steeds belangrijker wordt. Maar die samenwerking blijkt nog niet zo makkelijk in de praktijk. In deze link zijn producten (filmpjes, een workshop, een Nederlandstalig artikel, infographics en poster) te vinden die gebruikt kunnen worden in onderwijs rondom samenwerking in de zorg. De producten komen voort uit het onderzoeksproject ‘Samen werken aan betere Samenwerking’, waarin onderzocht werd hoe de samenwerking tussen zorgverleners, mantelzorgers en cliënten verbeterd kan worden. Het project is uitgevoerd in de periode december 2020 tot en met december 2023 door Erasmus School of Health Policy and Management van de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in samenwerking met adviesbureau Zinziz, de Haagse Hogeschool, Genero, MantelzorgNL en de zorgorganisaties Tante Louise, Saffier, Mijzo en Interzorg en werd gefinancerd door ZonMw.

It is recognized by the WHO that the use of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) requires knowledge of the ICF framework, its philosophy and principles, and practical tools. This report provides an overview of the iterative development processes of the "INPRO ICF Basic Course" materials and the "ICF in person-centered rehabilitation" advanced learning materials to support the interprofessional implementation of ICF. The added value of the INPRO ICF Basic course is the additional material developed to support the WHO ICF eLearning Tool, e.g., introduction and motivational lecture, slides and videos, and reflection seminar, where the participants discuss the most important aspects of ICF in small groups and the discussions is shared together in a big group. The developed ICF education continuum offers a learner-friendly, understandable basic knowledge of the ICF framework and additional ICF material for person-centered, interprofessional implementation. Even though the material follows the rehabilitation model, it can be used by any professional who uses the ICF.

A series of short videos was created for the case of Maria. Initially, an interview was conducted with Maria herself, followed by professionals from various disciplines sharing their perspectives on the encounter with Maria through their respective professional lenses. The following professionals will be featured: the speech therapist, the nurse, the occupational therapist, the physiotherapist, the dietitian, and the social worker. Additionally, there is a Word document providing a presentation of the case.

A diary of someone in practice who applies ICF in very small steps in the existing patient file and gets experience of the reaction to this. Hospital in Belgium where Claudia is working as a physiotherapist. It is a ward with a lot of changes in the past year. We will start with our fifth head nurse. The nursing staff is a team and the paramedical team. We are separated because we have a different head. The collaboration between the paramedical team (speech therapist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist) is very good. The changes in the nursing staff were big in the last year but now things all fall into place.
