Histology of the digestive system

This document provides links to digital slides that can be used to study the histology of the digestive tract of both carnivores and herbivores. The images were made from histological sections present in the collection of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Utrecht university using PathXL software. After opening the link you will be able to zoom in/out and move through the section. It is not possible to place annotations. You are allowed to make screen shots and use these in your teaching materials.
