Rotterdam, will it last?

The game simulates shocks and stresses that will affect the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and how they can be resisted and resolved by applying specific measures. Also the effects of climate change are taken into consideration. In this way the players can learn more about how the Netherlands cope with shocks/stresses and get more familiar with the concept of resilience.
