Self-esteem Meeting

A participatory team meeting is conducted with a client, family, and health care professionals (incl. special teachers). This work allows the voice of the client and their family to be heard, by letting them share their observations and also guiding the discussion and narrative around strengths and successes.

INPRO CF "Coronaria"

In line with the overall objectives of the project, Coronaria's (Finland) internal objective for the INPRO project was to: 1) develop interprofessional working models that serve the entire rehabilitation staff of Coronaria. 2) develop ICF-based tools to promote ICF implementation and practice and to increase staff competence in the use of ICF in rehabilitation (training).
