The University Library of the VU supports the (re)use of OER in education. The University Library advises lecturers on the use of OER, or supports them in creating, storing, organising, and unlocking their educational resources so that they can be reused by colleagues.

Creating and sharing open educational resources

The University Library can help you create and place educational resources on edusources. However, the educational resources must comply with the rules of copyright (re)use of educational resources. rules. When placing educational resources on edusources, you choose to make them openly available to others, and so they are published under a creative commons licence. It is recommended to do so under CC-BY-SA.
