TU Delft has an Open Educational Resources policy (here https://research.tudelft.nl/en/publications/tu-delft-open-educational-resources-oer-policy ) and the CC-BY license (preferably latest version) is the default license that is chosen for all the works and only if there is a reason (such as a contract to be respected or other compelling reasons, etc.), then another license can be chosen.
