HU considers it important to contribute to edusources. This is in line with the desire to continuously improve ourselves and create knowledge together. The sharing of educational resources by lecturers (within the programme, institute, or professional community) contributes to the quality of education. By sharing openly, we increase the inclusiveness of education beyond the walls of our own college.
Sharing educational resources
The HU Library helps, supports and advises in uploading and publishing educational resources on edusources. For more information, please contact Sietske Douna.
To share educational resources openly, they must fulfil the following conditions:
- It meets the copyright rules for open educational resources. For more information, please contact HU's Copyright Information Point (AIP).
- The HU supports open access and open licences (Creative Commons). With a Creative Commons licence, you ensure that others can (re)use your educational resources. The Copyright Information Point (AIP) offers support for this.
- The educational resources are readable and editable by others. This roadmap tells you what you need to bear in mind when developing educational resources and sharing them openly.
