Collaboration and Personal Development

Opdracht: disciplinaire en professionele zelfreflectie

Omdat de basis van interdisciplinair en interprofessioneel leren ligt bij de disciplines en professies, is het belangrijk om bewust te zijn van de kernelementen van de eigen discipline en professie. 'Disciplinary grounding' omvat het begrijpen en waarderen van de eigen discipline. Afgeleid daarvan zou je 'professional grounding' kunnen omschrijven als het begrijpen en waarderen van de eigen professie. Na de opdracht kunnen de deelnemers: De kernelementen en perspectieven van de eigen discipline en/of professie herkennen en uitleggen; Potentiële bijdragen en/of risico’s in de samenwerking tussen disciplines en professies identificeren en uitleggen; De moeilijkheidsgraad van (basale) interdisciplinaire oefeningen voor studenten inschatten en de consequenties daarvan voor het inrichten van de leeractiviteiten / leeromgeving benoemen.

Omschrijving: Uit onderzoek naar de effectiviteit van psychotherapeutische behandelingen blijkt dat specifieke factoren zoals de theorie en specifieke interventies klein is vergeleken met de zogenoemde ‘a-specifieke factoren’, zoals de kwaliteit van de relatie en cliëntfactoren zoals motivatie. Het bewijs voor de specifieke factoren is mager, hulpverleners moeten daarom ook andere kennisbronnen aanboren. Inspiratietraject ‘Wat bepaalt het succes van jouw behandeling als ggz-professional?’ Werk of studeer je bij een van de leden van GGZ Ecademy? Professional responsibility

The concept of professional responsibility is a component of ethics relevant in particular to how ethics relates to practical training. A sense of personal morality or the obligations one has to other roles can be distinguished from the responsibility someone has as a member of their profession. In this context we will focus on what the profession demands, independently from the degree to which all responsibilities may or may not be judged to align. This will allow a clearer view of exactly what it is that demanded by the workplace as opposed to other elements of one’s life.
